Overall, a good spot maybe very good on some dishes but not great or best ive had. Honestly its a cattle call assembly line reminiscent of the old Boston Market Chain where staff is watching every last ounce they serve you whether slaw, Mac and cheese or the BBQ. Needless to say VERY expensive for qty you get and quality is good (or very good) not GREAT mostly. Looks and feels like the Disneyland of BBQ joints and I bought into the tourist trap. Overall 7.3 out of 10 given all above.
Sliced Brisket
"Good, not great. Good BBQ aroma and taste and not overdone. On the otherhand, wasnt the "melt in my mouth" quality I've had at other spots. Barely worth it for price vs. Qty"
Mac and Cheese
"Slightly above average I guess. Just think this dish should be a slam dunk anywhere so when its not makes me Wonder. Creamy, cheesy yea but kinda bland. Barely worth it for price vs. Qty."
Pork Ribs
"This was best of 4 dishes I had. Really good aroma, texture and BBQ taste. Fall of bone for sure so there's that but more fat fell off the bone than meat. Would expect better. Barely worth price. Again good maybe really good not great or near best ive had/ top 10."
Cole Slaw
"Slaw was good. Moist tasty with a bit. This was up there with best ive had. Worth it despite price vs qty, a trend with this restaurant i fear. "
