Authentic CaJJun Food, with a Texas/Louisiana Twist. Down South CaJJun Eats was founded by twin brothers Jahmaal and Jermaine Dumes in the Spring of 2017. While studying at Southwestern University in Georgetown, TX, they decided to take a leap of faith. Originally from Beaumont, TX, they felt they needed to bring a taste of home to Austin, Texas. And that was CRAWFISH!
