Homemade Italian sausage, green bell peppers, onions and mushrooms, sautéed then scrambled with three eggs and pepper jack cheese. Topped with scallions, diced tomatoes and a dollop of cream cheese. Served with GDC potatoes.

A large flour tortilla filled with homemade Italian and chorizo sausage, hash browns, scrambled eggs, pico de gallo, pepper jack cheese, and tomatillo salsa. Topped with black beans, ranchero salsa and queso fresco.

Shore lunch walleye filet with horseradish tartar sauce, lettuce, and tomato slices.

Avocado, shaved ham, tomato, caramelized onion and cheddar on brioche with GDC potatoes and a side of spicy ketchup.
